I have a two-car driveway with a small piece of pavement in a subdivision.
Blades more than 3-4 cm can be tiring, especially when moving snow from the middle entrance to the edges.
I thought the Toro backhoe that would be an appropriate time, rather than a complete snow plow.
When I tried the first time in about 1 cm of snow, I was surprised by the power and scope of snow thrown. It took a second course, a 12-inch stripsSnow.
Last night it snowed 4 ". The crawler in the snow like a hot knife cutting through butter. Toggles were curious to see how a single instrument. This morning I opened the door to the garage to see another 4" . Cut in 7 minutes, and went to work.
The noise is not relevant. makes a nice low rumble and no ear piercings.
Now, consider some points:
1) The snow is thrown in front of you. So, reallyInvestigate need the wind direction, so you can plan effectively as the snow is so clear that the wind will take it away and out of your way.
2) If the neighbors that are physically very close to believing that the snow can be moved to their side. Along with the wind direction, these must be taken into account.
3) Not as easy as with a snow blower - some efforts are necessary. My wrist is a bit 'after bad, but much fasterTorture and less on the back. The main advantage of this device is the speed with which you can clear the snow and less strain on your back.
4) I have never used a little more than 6 inches of snow. I will update this review when I have the opportunity to do so.

I am the only shovels the snow on my property and I needed something that was faster, not very expensive, and easy on me. Working in a hospital needs to get to work! I am a shorty Senior (5 '), and find the adjustment easy for me, and only at a right angle! An unexpected bonus. He cut me dig in the middle. Taurus is a familiar brand name. I am very happy to have a chance. It is not clear, a 6-foot pile of snow in Colorado, but here it works well.

I ordered this just before Christmas 2009, and had just started after the first snowfall of the winter season. It worked like a charm for the clearing of my street and sidewalks of 3-6 cm of snow. I discovered that with a little 'practice I could as fast as I could walk around - a big improvement on self-driven snow plows clear the snow, I tried. The ease of use out of this is a big plus for me.
My only complaint of this product is that it is impossible to directlythe flow of snow. So if you try to try not to blow your closer to home, and that the wind does not blow the snow, so you can execute instructions at the bottom you can point this tool.

I bought one of these from a website Home Store, after a snowfall landslide last month, because I had heard that there would be more snow. According to hurt his back and pay someone with a snow blower to clear sidewalks and on my way, I thought this would pay for itself, if we want a lot more snow falls in the coming years. I made a good investment in my health back! The handle is fully adjustable, so stand 5'9 "tall can, I'm comfortably shovelstanding on the right or left side of the device. The most important thing I learned about this machine is called a bucket for a reason. When approaching snow removal as you would a snow blower, you'll be terribly disappointed. If you are still small areas addressed by the method, you will find this a valuable tool. Some things to consider: it is not so well on packed snow, so try before too many people walking on the surface you are trying to clear clear. Working with leadersWind or it will blow back in my face. Always try to ensure that snow and blowing snow have not previously drawn, the areas, because it is difficult to remove after it had been once through the machine. Although there are some things to consider when you have this machine, it is still worth every penny spent on it!
