These things usually do not work. Were my roof for about two weeks. I threw around three quarters of the blade to a section of 10 feet of my roof. I think I have to go on the roof and down rather than take the girls (in April and May), maintenance of the banks of snow and ice. Name anything, it would be a better job than they have done ... Monkey smoking a cigarette? Yep. My cat. Yep. Do not waste your money. These things are useless.

Just buy some 'calcium chloride (AutoZone some hardware stores), put it in nylon women ...... Take the pipe on the roof and melts the shingles ... makes a trough drain for ice dams annoying. Never use the rock salt, etc.
